Health and manufacturing
This year’s business forum focused on health technology, e-health, and high automated manufacturing. There was also the opportunity to meet start-ups from both Finland and Germany. To get a full picture of this industry, the participants visited the most modern factory of German medical technology manufacturer B. Braun Avitum in Dresden.

Vibe Vision at the start-up pitch
Start-ups took the stage
To get fresh ideas and connect with ambitious entrepreneurs, a start-up pitch was held during the business forum. Start-ups like "Vibe Vision" and many more took the stage. They, for example, are working on the emotions and their impact on the health care system. "KAMU health" won the pitch with its’ service for people with asthma. It monitors with the help of the users’ smartphones the lungs and makes treatment, medication, and prevention more effective. They won two tickets for the upcoming Slush event in Helsinki.
