You have been working in the Executive Search business for more than 15 years, can you forecast the market in times of Social Media and discussion about digitalization?
Marcus Honkanen: More and more is digitalized, that's the way it is. I invested personally in a new software solution for executive search. The goal is to significantly improve transparency and to work more analytically and collaboratively with clients and candidates. It is all about keeping up with the needs of our clients and candidates, who often perceive the Executive Search process as a kind of "black box". However, I also believe that when it comes to the placement of top-level executives, the resource human remains a confidential matchmaker.
What makes your company so special in the market?
Marcus Honkanen: We are working in executive recruitment internationally for over 15 years and are specialized in recruiting people beyond regions, cultures, and countries. Our clients want the best head for a success critical position and not the one who lives in the neighborhood. We can say that we understand not only the mechanisms but, above all, the cultures.
